Why I built thinkingcashew

A JEE aspirant's honest take on what was broken in the prep ecosystem — and what this app does about it.

The 30-minute doubt

Every evening looked the same: a phone cluttered with apps, a desk buried in books, and one ritual that drained hours — typing a single doubt into a generic chatbot. Ten minutes later, I was still editing the answer because it explained like an undergrad, not like a JEE topper. Multiply that by 8–10 doubts a day, and you've got a wall of friction between you and your next concept.

The ₹40,000 paywall

The real tools — practice tests, doubt solvers, challenges, memory maps, rank predictors, weakness analyzers — sit locked behind coaching subscriptions that cost more than a year of college fees.
